  • What if I’m bringing someone else’s kids with me, can I sign their waiver?
    • NO! If you are bringing someone else’s kids with you then please ask us for a waiver and have their parents sign it, and bring it with you.
  • Are reservations required?
    • Reservations are required for the Sunset on a Water Bike, the Bat Tour and the Moonlight on Water Bike. We do first come first serve for day time rentals.
  • Do you accept credit cards?
    • Yes.
  • Is there a weight limit?
    • 250 pounds is the weight limit.
  • Can I rent a water bike to go see the bats?
    • We’d love for you to rent a water bike to see the bats.
  • Do you have parking?
    • Yes, there’s a parking garage in front of the Hyatt.
  • Do you do children’s birthday parties?
    • Yes, call us and we’ll set something up.
  • I can’t swim. Can I still ride the water bikes?
    • Absolutely, our water bikes are really stable and won’t tip over. If you can’t swim or are a weak swimmer, we’ll recommend that you wear a life jacket. You have to wear a PFD. It’s also a Texas state law that ages 13 and under must wear one.
  • Can I bring my camera?
    • Yes. Our water bikes offer great photo opportunities.
  • What do I wear?
    • On the water bikes you NEVER GET WET. You can wear anything you want.
  • What can I bring?
    • If you like, you can bring sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellent, drinks and snacks.
  • Do I need experience?
    • Not at all. Our team members will give you basic river information, necessary water bike instruction and comprehensive safety information.
  • Is it safe?
    • Yes. We provide all necessary safety equipment, basic river information and comprehensive safety information.
  • Does it matter if I’m not a strong swimmer?
    • No, but we might require you to wear your PFD (personal floatation device).
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    • Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance of tour and rental time. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation time will be charged full amount.
  • What time should I get there?
    • You should arrive 15 minutes before the time you booked your reservation. That gives you the time to check in, complete your waiver and attend the training session.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    • If the weather is bad give us a call to see if we are open.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    • We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring your dog on our water bikes. People know their dogs like they know their own kids, if they will behave or not.
